Dr. Mark Percival, introduced earlier under Medical and Executive Team, also chairs our Board of Directors.

Dr. Gregory Kelly, introduced earlier under Medical and Executive Team, is also a valued member of our Board of Directors.

Dave Samuel is a managing director of Mosaic Capital Partners, a Toronto-based private venture capital firm that invests and stage technology companies. Dave was President of Rogers Wave from its inception and led North America’s most aggressive rollout of high speed Internet access over cable. Dave was also a consultant with McKinsey & Company and a Senior Executive with Torstar Corporation. Early in his career, Dave was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley & Co. where he executed a variety of financial transactions. Dave holds an HBA from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the Harvard University.

Dave actively works with Health Coach^® and its sister company Signature Health Partners/NutriScan, bringing his experience in building and growing successful companies.

Andrew Wang is an associate at Mosaic Capital Partners, and took an active role in HealthCoach's sister company NutriScan by leading their product development team. Andrew has spent the last 5 years in management consulting and venture capital, working with Fortune 500 clients at the Boston Consulting Group, and building technology companies with Mosaic Capital Partners. Andrew is also a director of the Yee Hong Centre, a Toronto based not-for-profit nursing home serving over 800 seniors. Andrew holds a Masters of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.A.Sc. from the University of Waterloo.

As a Director, Andrew's technical background provides guidance ensuring HealthCoach is built on a solid IT platform and continues to push forward in innovation.
