It was founded in 1991 with the mission to empower health and fitness professionals with the tools to provide those they serve with more accurate understandings of how health and performance are enhanced and the resources to do so time and cost effectively. This has led to the development of our industry leading Health and Lifestyle Assessments and the comprehensive lifestyle and nutrition programs they lead to. Our programs are backed by a scientific and clinical evidence base that is unparalleled today. We’ve developed an advanced system for assessing individual needs and enabling doctor-patient communications and reporting. We help doctors improve their decision making, and enable people to take more responsibility for their health outcomes. Our lifestyle and nutritional solutions target specific health issues with an emphasis on ensuring the supportive lifestyle habits and nutritional resources to optimize function, healing and repair. Our goal is to enhance personal performance and prevent disease wherever possible. The company’s headquarters are located in Kelowna, British Columbia with satellite offices in Toronto, and New Hamburg, Ontario and operations in Ventura, California.
